"I’ve had a really good experience with Allstate so far. My bill has remained consistent, and I really appreciate that there haven’t been any unexpected changes.
Recently, I found out that a discount had been missed for one month, and Allstate corrected it by applying a credit to my account, which covered a full month of service. I really appreciated how they handled that and made sure everything was corrected fairly.
Jenny has been especially helpful anytime I’ve needed assistance. She’s been friendly, responsive, and has made everything easy to understand. Great customer service overall, and I’m very happy with my experience with Allstate!"

"Staff at Tom Troyano’s State Farm office could not have been more helpful during what has been the stressful months of selling and buying new homes. I needed an overlap and extension of my existing home owner’s insurance, as well as new condo insurance, something I’d never had before. She patiently talked me through the differences, and provided optional quotes for me to consider.
